can someone please help me!! i am really struggling with this question.

Each setting or placement will have its own prefered way of doing this so maybe ask how the Welsh Foundation phase outcomes are assessed and documented in your setting? ie. how is development that's linked to the framework's outcomes monitored and recorded.
