Why am I struggling so much with my level 5 been in child care for 15 years and doing this course is making me feel like I just can’t do it and don’t no my job at all feel like the task I’m on should be so easy but I’m at a blank and can’t find any useful information 😢😢

can anybody help? I'm doing my unit 11
1.1-Explain the importance of wellbeing for children and young people
1.2- Explain the importance of resilience for children and young people
1.3-Critically analyse different approaches to promoting wellbeing and resilience of children and young people
