i ask
what do you like about the eyfs
whats your understanding of free flow play
how would you nurture relationships with parents
what theoretical perspective do you favour
what observation methods do you use and in what instance
what is your understanding of the role of the key person and
how would you contribute to my team, what are your strengths.

hiya, don't know if it helps, but I recently went for a lv3 post in my school, which is SEN so could well be a different kettle of fish but one of the questions they asked was about planning, so, how would I react to stepping up for teacher with regards to implementing their planning and also, how would I organise planning for a small group of students. Basically they wanted to know I was prepared to and capable of considering the daily routine, medical needs, potential group conflicts and how to avoid them, as well as being able to aid with assessing and suchlike, as I said, probably totally irrelevant as they've just had a big shake up in my school and all level 2's have been made up to level 3 so everything has changed! Best of luck
Mel xx

then you just ask them to repeat the question and take a deep breath! I almost lost it at my interview but I just used that as one of my weakness - a lack of faith in myself and my ability, they were impressed with my honesty lol! take some rescue remedy and lots of deep breaths and best of luck! x
