Could some kind person put a risk assement form on here?Would be really grateful.Thank you

hhmmm ours is from the pla, with our insurance so not on pc. if you would like me to copy it and post it to you let me know

or we do this one daily
Health and Safety Check Sheet

Please initial when the check has been completed
Week beginning………………………………………………
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
Internal checks
Electrical sockets covered
Blinds up and strings away
Toilet lights on
Toilet doors open
Sufficient soap and towels
Floors clean of debris
External checks
Milk bought in
Gates shut and chained
Play area clean
Outdoor equipment safe
Soft floor surface safe
Back door locked and key in situ
Leaving checks
Fire doors closed and secure
Back door locked
Gates unlocked and in position
Sheds locked
Floor swept and clean
Toilets clean and doors closed
Cupboard and extension locked
Signs removed from doors
Mats away safely
Front door locked

Any problems should be reported to the person in charge, written in the log book and reported to the Village Hall booking clerk.

Thanks for the offer.We do a daily check list.Know we should have one for the christmas play,steps,wires etc but its not up to me so keeping quiet!!

sorry unable to put on attachments or I would do so we put it in a table of four columns under the following headings

Significant hazard,
people at risk,
existing controls or action to reduce risk ,
remaining risk( high medium or low.)

This worked well for Ofsted with Outstanding for keeping children safe.
