Helpp!!! i need help to prepare my 1st assessment plan!!

I have to prepare my 1st ever assessment plan, for my assessors next visit.

it has to include 303.

I am really confused, im looking @ 303 and i have a complete blank.. help

I have started a little, but i am really unsure if i am going the right way about it??

I have put -
*Join children at an activity, but stay back and make observations from afar* then i put in unit 303.1 PC2.

Is this right??

ring up your assessor and ask her what she wants because it is her job to make the plan not yours! she needs to write it out saying exactly what she wants to see and then you will cover other things she will assess.
