Do you have the penny tassoni book? She explains how to do this.
Its basically writing about what benefits a longitudinal study has. So for children it can be things like their development is looked at and so if they need support in any area it is noticed by you. For practitioners it is things like it benefits you learning wise, it helps you learn about the child etc
