hi all, i wondering if anyone can help. i am currently writting out my discussion for my A1 award. i need to explain how a reflective accout is reliable and valid. im a bit stuck

I would say valid meant it had to be relavant to the pcs, knowledge it reflected on, and to be reliable it must be the candidates own work eg their actual own level of performance, eg they must be capable of what it says. Also if the candidate wrote the reflective account themselves then it would have to be countersigned by a senior member of staff or colleague to confirm as authentic and being true.
