Default Unit 6?

Hi I'm new on here I'm doing NVQ2 but we started with NVQ3 Unit 6 and I'm a bit stuck on 4.3a and4.3b Anybody got any ideas HELP!

hia what are the questions you are stuck on as different people have different units.

The question is Unit 6 4.3a and b. Explain the roles of regulatory bodies relevant to the education sector
a) General bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive
b)School specific regulatory bodies

My mind has gone blank too much study I think HELP!

im not entirely sure on what to write as im doing the level 3 diploma and haven't answered these questions but im guessing that:
a)General bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is a government body responsible for health and safety
b)School specific regulatory bodies will be ofsted
