Default storyboard

i need help please
ive been told i have to do a storyboeard for my A1 award. ive already done a professional discussion with my support tutor to cover the knowledge. she said i can do it as a flow chart eg, down one side i put the knowledge criteria such as how you identify any special requirements and then i put in the flow chart that this is done at the intial interview before the course starts. ive got to do this with all the criteria and knowledge questions i think. tell me im not the only one who has to do this.
im sorry ive not explained it very well. i dont even understand it, let alone anyone else!
thanks in advance for any help.
