To work cohesively towards a common goal/objective - to provide high quality provision for children - care and education. Respecting, supporting and cooperating with colleagues/other professionals - whether you are working in a setting or as part of a inter/multi-agency team.
How do you achieve this? - by sharing information, having meetings/forums, in-house/outside training - working together (bonding) to create a positive environment for the children/setting etc
