Help SOS Help!!! on Equality, Diversity and Discrimination...

Hi, Im an NVQ Level 3 student and Im looking for advice on how to support and implement legislation into my setting..including the Children Act, Equality Act, Education, Race Relations and Human Rights Acts...
Can anyone offer advice on this please...??!!

you need to read you settings policies and procedures and map them to each piece of legislation for example the inclusion policy will be informed by the race and equality acts. you need to demonstrate that YOU know both the law and good practice. there is a short intro to each in the text book but simply googling each law will give you advice
