Hi can anyone help im doing level 3 and stuck on TDA3.1 qu 2.2 to 3.3 im getting stressed about it now

Is this level 3 STLS? If so do you the book by Louise Burnham as I found this very useful for this section. There was a lot covered in this unit so can't just give a quick answer. If you give us the exact question you are struggling with may be able to help a bit more. A lot of my unit was covered by case studies.
