Default Breakfast Club

Hi we are moving premises and would like to open a breakfast club,do you have to have a level 3 to run one??

yes. apart from anything else its good practice. ofsted will guide you through it

yes although where i am doesnt technically....the supervisor isnt level 3 nor the assistant but ofsted have okayed it because 2 qualified members on site within 20 minutes of it starting

we have just decided to set a breakfest club up and have been told by ofsted that we need a level 3 qulified member of staff

i was told today by ofsted that if it is only 1 hour and not registered with ofsted then it doesnt matter about qualifications. As ours is attached to nursery and included in the registration then we need to have a level 3 person in charge
