Help SOS Compare different methods and sources of professional development

I don't know why but I am stumped on this for some reason yet the answers feel like they should be obvious to me! I'm blaming school holidays, trying to do level 4 with kids running around is hard! Can anyone help me as I am so close to finishing my course and just want it out of the way now. tia x

Hi, page 216 of this level 4 handbook lists methods of professional development as colleges, training providers, courses run by the local council, Early Years advisors, Children's centre training.

There is also your Local Safeguarding Children's Board, inhouse training, short courses run by charities such as the NSPCC, St. John's Ambulance, NCB, Play England

Sources for professional development include sector specific magazines, regular checking of websites, lirbrary and experitise sought from other professionals.

Hth xx
