Anyone else struggle to keep a reflective diary

I hve been told i need to keep one and I am struggling because I don't do different things or enough to write about in there and I can't think of the positivs that I do to write aout.

I am trying to do this question

cypop7 4.1 Evualate and reflect on own practice in promoting creativity and creative thinking.
cypop 4 5.3 reflect on own practice in supporting young children's physical development and movement skills

I am just struggling to think of anything good about me to put

I know what you mean about struggling especially when it's the holidays and you're not at the setting - Well I'm not so it's very hard going!

For cypop 4 Have you done a physical plan/activity as you will then be able to record next steps/extend the activity.

For cypop 7 We were able to take photos of each area that we feel use creative and creativity describing how it covers it - make sure no children are in it! Then use the graph in the back of cypw pg 416
