Default CYPOP 2 5.2 Preparing Formula Feeds

I need to write a reflective account on preparing formula feeds, analysing what was good and bad etc - can anyone advise what I could add to the following I have only once cared for a baby who was bottle fed two years ago :-( I also need to add what I will do next time I look after a baby????
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In my profession has a childminder I have only once cared for a small baby who required formula feeds, The baby had a set routine which the parents had advised me of beforehand so I was aware when her feeds were due.
When baby arrived at my setting each day, her parents brought sterilised bottles and measured containers with individual correct measurements of dried milk required for each feed in an airtight bag, I made a note on the daily diary of times and required amounts of water required for each individual feed. It was not always possible to stick to exact times for the feeds, the baby may have been having a nap or we may have been out and about. However, I tried my best to stay has near to the specified times as possible.
When the feeds due, my hands were washed and the bottles hygienically prepared on a clean disinfected work surface, using a fresh sterilised bottle every feed. The boiled water was added to the bottle first then powdered milk before shaking until the powder had dissolved.
The prepared feed was checked for temperature before feeding by nipping a small amount of milk out of the teat onto my wrist to ensure it was just warm and not piping hot. If the milk was too hot I put the lid back on the bottle and run the bottle under cold running water.
When the baby had finished feeding, any leftover formula was thrown away and a note made on the daily diary to say exactly how much had been taken.
The used bottles were then put to one side ready for the parents to take home ready for sterilising.
If I was out and about (i.e. at the play gym) I would take all that was required for the feeds with me and prepared on a clean area following all the above instructions.

this doesn't describe preparing a bottle it describes you following parents instructions. the instructions are easily available online and this is what you need to write about you can say next time i wont have a parent guiding me i will have to do it myself so i will.......this course isnt about what you do now its for you to prove you can be a good level 3 practitioner in any setting
