interview for deputy nursery manager

PLEASE HELP i work in a private day nursery as a senior nursery nurse i have a interview on monday for the deputy manager position. The manager told me on friday she wants me to give a interview handout to the interviewers (i did a handout in november when i had a interview for training officer) i got the job. butttttttttt girls i need your help im more or less do the deputy job now
I promise i'll help anyone in any area if i can

Hi Ashley, Welcome to Silkysteps

Firstly Good Luck for monday

I've not seen a Handout for this position so can't help with specifics ..but ~ if you're already pretty much doing the job couldn't you tweak your previous handout to reflect what current practices you have in place?

Sorry I cant help more .. I'm sure other members will be along to offer their advice

awwwwwww thanks
she wants some kind of presentation from me....(think i've digged my own grave havent i LOL ) the manager is the propitier and has just taken over in november as manager shes formley a sister hospital nurse and lectuerer .....
the handout i did at my last interview was for nursery training officer it had details of a birth to three training programme i did within the nursery and a suggestive behaviour training programme session.
