I covered this by talking to a group of children about different vitamins/minerals in food/drink, I told them about how they help our body to grow and stay healthy, I asked them 'what makes a food healthy or unhealthy', I asked for examples. I talked to them about 5-a-day and why it is important - make our muscles strong, growing etc and why we should eat a variety of fruit and veg. I did this as part of my food activity to cover it once, and I'll be doing it again when my assessor comes out to observe me to cover it a second time.
Hope this helps, Jen
