Help SOS SCMP1: Supporting a CYP to understand and agree the goals targets and outcomes of the plan

I'm not entirely sure how to answer this, I did a search but found nothing.

2.5 Explain how to support a child or young person and others to understand and agree the goals targets and outcomes of the plan

I have looked a the questions leading up to this and I haven't done this plan making and such in practice yet, however it looked like I could answer this independently of doing them. I'm just not sure what kind of support it means.

Does this mean sitting down with a CYP and explaining the steps? Providing images for easier understanding? Explain it in the form of a game? Holding meeting and one-on-one sessions for parents to understand? Leaflets?

I hate optional modules!

Thank you for any help
