hello im new to this so im gonna give it a go i started my course a unit behind everyone else, im strugling to understand some questions and was woundering if anyone could give me a shove in the right direction

the questions are unit 202 (k2h30) write a reflective account of the emergency procdures and how they are carried out, part b security incidents

203 q3 - why is it important to folow the confidentiality procidures of your setting, in regard to sharing information?

any help would be apreciated

I havnt done this bit yet but I think with a reflective account it means your assessor isnt likely to see you do these things so you have to write an account of what you would do in an emergency and security incidents. Perhaps carry out a risk assessment.

Not sure which bit of unit 203 you mean, if you give me exact unit section I might have answered it.

refective account e. g fire drill. you need to remember everything that took place sort of like this.. the kids where playing the bells went off ( xmas bells were used) the mamager asked the children 2 make their way out side. assistant a shouted get the phone register. the door blew , assistant b managed to hold it in the wind. counted heads etc

then u need 2 do a review and evaluate eg some of kids didnt hear the bells so nxt time use a whistle, secure door . didnt see if toilets were checked so need better communication.
you may have felt the urge to protect the kids , stayed calm while moving away from the room with purpose
