referring problem behaviour

Hi i'm still not sure how to navigate this site and what is the difference between a thread and a post! haha :p
I need to give 7 examples of a behaviour problem, the agency or professional to whom it would be referred and the contact details for referrals that apply to my setting, which is a primary school. I am loving the course but sometimes it has me dizzy Any ideas or help would be great to point me in the right direction!

Massive thanks
