its all about the eyfs or the eyfs is all about this, why do we have free play, free choice? when we ask them what fruit they would like instead of making choices for them. putting their needs and want first. some very young of course you cant ask BUt you can observe and see what they like, prefer enjoy etc and go with their prefs rather than ours.

i have had this one checked and it was fine, i did an activity with some children that was making a wall display and i put :-
i asked the childre what materials they wanted to use on their display, the children gave their ideas and i involed them in setting out their choices of materials.
