Notebook Enabling environment

can anyone give me any pointers on ensuring that i meet childrens indivudal needs between in and outdoor play through an enabling environment, and how i can help to ensure a smooth transition for the child as they move from setting to setting?

Sorry, i know its a lot, i've started a new course and want to get in right.

Any help will be greatfully received
