Have An Art Gallery

Here's a different fundraising idea.... turn your pre-school hall/home into an art gallery. Have the children draw/paint/collage/etc lots of pictures, mount them and put them up. Then send an invitation home for a specific date for your 'grand event'. Charge a small entry fee, offer some inexpensive nibbles and a small glass of something (just like the real thing) and let the parents ooh and aah over the aristic scribblings. At the end, they can purchase their childs art for another small price.

Obviously you will know your parents better than me, so tweak this so it will work for you!

That, is a fantastic idea you've made the mind boggle ...

Something like this would be perfect to combine with 'Parents evening or Meet the teacher !!

A Saturday afternoon wander around an Art Gallery full of children's work ~ with the chance to have a go at experimenting with a particular Artists style !!?

Maybe even some play-dough sculptures on pedestals?
