Help SOS 404, support needed please

Hi,

Wondering if anyone could direct me on two outstanding k & u questions for 404?

K4P820- How to assess further areas for development in your skills and knowledge through reflection, feedback, literature searches, review of theory including current and emerging research

Everytime i read this my brain goes blank, do they want references of theorists, if so on all these points? my head is swimming!!!

K4P819- Up to date public policy affecting your work and how this is enterpreted locally and within your setting?

What policy??????? Do they mean equal opps, equality and diversity???

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Nearly finished this nvq but blimey some of these questions i am sure could be written in a more simple format!!!!
Thank you

Hi and welcome to Silkysteps.

It can be really hard to change pace to see what the knowledge criteria is asking, but if you read some of the posts members have made, it does get a little easier

There are many replies on the forums, please feel free to use the search page for specific reference/unit codes.

Best wishes and enjoy the site

Ruth
