Hmmm, I could do a 'Things To Think About' list....ie, if you need to be up and out by a certain time, how come you will sleep in if you forget to set your alarm yet wake up before the alarm rings if you did set it?????

i hate it when that happens!! always at the weekend i am up and ready to go, but during the week never wide awake!
same with the kids aswell, shouting for them to get up for school, shouting at them to stay in bed at the weekend, i must have the only teenager who gets up at the weekend!!
