I have looked through a lot of posts on here and many of which have helped me but I am stuck on this one.
I have identified current policies and frameworks, but I am unsure on the influence part of the question.

Is it about

A) how the policies and frameworks I have mentioned have influenced the early years,


B) identify influences ie, Reggio Emilia, Steiner, High/Scope or Montessori that have influenced the Early years sector.

Or maybe it's C) social influences?

I think I may have confused myself.

you need to write about ALL THREE! how have frameworks such as the eyes influenced EY then how have POLICIES such as ECM or the sure start policy influenced it and then you need to go through all of those theories and do the same.

the questions are clear
1. Identify current policies, frameworks and influences on the early years.



2.2 Explain the impact of current policies frameworks and influences on the early years sector.


2.3. Describe what is meant by evidence-based practice and give examples of how this has influenced work with children in their early years.

and they give you the policies you have to cover on the next page!

Current policies, frameworks and influences that are appropriate to the relevant UK Home Nation e.g.:
• UnitedNationsConventionontheRightsofthe Child (UNCRC)
• currentequalitieslegislation
• currentresearch
• socialandeconomicinfluencessuchaswork patterns and financial constraints.

always look ahead to the end of the assessment criteria it goes you guidance
