Help SOS please help me! im really stuck , would appriciate it if anyone could help me :)

Hi , I'm really stuck on this question " Outline the main piece of legislation that relates to safe guarding children and young people. including sharing information and data protection in the country in which you are working."
I am currently working in the UK.
and I just wondered if anyone could help? :)

the main pieces of legislation that relates to safe guarding children and young people including sharing information and data protection in the country in which you are working (UK) are:
- the data protection act 1998
- the children act 1989

I am doing my NVQ 2 and I am stuck on K2C10 how to cope with disagreements with, my assessor has asked me to do an reflective account. I am also struggling with K2D47 make a development chart showing development 0-16 yes. Can anyone help.

Disagreements with who?...

Search 'development charts' on here, there's a whole thread with sample charts and links with useful info.

It will be disagreements with adults. I.e if there had been a disagreement with member of staff.

Disagreement with a member of staff... I'm guessing here, but I'd go with... remembering that everyone has differing opinions which we should value and respect, we should try to resolve any disagreements amicably, if a disagreement is causing interference with our working practices we should inform our line manager/room leader/setting manager/owner of the problem...
