training evaluate

please can anyone help. i have my assessor coming on Wednesday to go over my last two units. She has left me with one question to do and i am finding it hard to put down on paper. Evaluate training. How it has helped me implement things into my practicee. i know once i get started i will be okay

Hi, what training have you done recently?

Did the course have a title to give it a direction/focus. What did you learn from attending it .. negative bits can help you evaluate what it was like/worth to you as much as the positive. Not finding out anything different can reinforce what you're already doing, just as new information can improve or change what you currently do.

If you haven't attended any courses could you perhaps use a question that was raised at a staff meeting as an example or maybe how you conducted research for one of your CCLD units?

How would / have you used the information
