Hi what are your policies for children entering and leaving the setting, on what arrangements are made if children are being picked up by someone different etc. In our setting the children must be signed in and out by parents and thare are 2 staff on the door to make sure no child tries to go back out after their parents. the children are brought to the back of the setting until everyone is in. When children are leaving again they sit at the back with the rest of the staff whilst the supervisor is at the door no child can come to their parents until they are called.
