as a childminder my mindee's have 'quiet time' after lunch and usually have 1/2 hour of watching cbeebies or nick jr.

Mine watch half an hour after lunch as well so I can wash up and get the playroom ready for the next onslaught! - Mr Bean or Spongebob current favourites - can't cope with Barney!!!!

My charge watches Cbeebies usually for about 15 we then read lots of storys and on to the afternoon!!!!!

Cbeebies or an appropriate dvd form the library or one of mine, but only usually at a quiet time and for about half an hour.
