Help SOS 308.4 please can someone help!

Hi
I have just found this forum, and was hoping someone may know how I answer the following question.
9. Work with colleagues and other professionals as required, to encourage children’s self-esteem and resilience

Thank you
erica

hi there,
i covered this 1 through a direct observation.........it could be something as simple as you and a colleague giving a child praise for something they have done in front of you both and offering the child to help others to do what they have just acheived as this will make the child feel valued, in turn helping them with their self-esteem and resilience. hope this helps :-)

Hi
Yes, thanks that sounds about right. I tend to make things more complicated than they are!

I've only got unit 303 to finish now, with a discussion this tuesday! fingers crossed it goes well.

Thanks again, i'm so glad I found this forum!
