Hi I am new to this but I have recently completed this question. If you have children in your setting with bilingual and multicultural you can make sure you include they culture/language/songs in the theme of your setting. Invite the parents in to talk about their culture maybe sharing some cooking/food. Depending on the level of communication in english which you could check with parents you could introduce makaton or visual aids within the setting. ICT is information communication technology (computers etc), this can help with counting, sequencings skills if you choose the appropriate age related software/games. Helps with fine motor skills mouse control. Number recognition, hand eye coordination. Hope this helps. P
