Hi can anyone help with K3D162 what is appropriate and inappropriate behaviour when interacting with children and the policies and procedures that relate to how you behave/interact?

hi there
i went along the lines of nonabusive, eye contact respect and value for appropriate then covered physical contact enquiring about injuires and not giving out your personal details as inappropriate

I also thought about what is not appropriate - shouting, using language that the child could not understand (whether due to age or language barriers), using slang etc. You should have a workplace policy that covers adults interactions with children (behaviour policy should cover both adults and children), as well as child protection.
