Default k2p111 what is the need for training and professional updating

what is the need for training and professional udating to ensure high standards of care for children you work with?

I have put that it is the upmost importances to give the best care to the children we look after etc

but was wondering if it was asking for thoses courses to be added to

Hiya, training and professional updating also helps to ensure everyone is aware of current thinking and what best practice is working well & for who.

Can you include any information on training courses you've been part of and that have helped update your professional practice?
