hiya im working on my 303 tryign to get my child development project done - wich i can cover a lot of 303 for the 28th augest

im working on confidentiality i have coverd the 2 pc in 303 about it and have of the knowldge question the bit what i am stuck on is

secrity and data protection arrangments for soting and retieving infromation in your setting

think its just mainly to do with your settings confidentiality policy and data protection act - who can access it, what they can access . The security bit is about how your records are stored i.e that they are kept in locked cupboards or password protected files if they are stored on computer and that this is done to maintain confidentiality etc.

my setting (im a childminder with my mum) dosent have a data proection poilcy as where not resgted with the data protection act.
