Help SOS personal and external factors that influence development

I need to give ONE explanation on how personal and external factors influence development:
Sensory impairment
Learning difficulties

a child who has learning difficulties will more than likely have delayed development. search on google how learning difficulties influence a child's development.

a child with a sensory impairment might mean that a child is visually impaired (blind). think about how this will effect a child's development?
