Hi Lisa and Yazmin,
It is alot of hard work and takes up time to complete, I know how hard it can be I completed mine last year while working full time and as a single parent looking after my son, but believe me its one of the best things I have done. Its a fantastic feeling when you receive your certificate, so if your struggling and finding it hard this sight is full of great advice so post your questions or read other posts. Good Luck to you both x

Hi all i started mine 2 months ago, and at first i found the questions difficult to understand, even went home crying the one day but my tutor is very nice and goes through it all with me, i go on study days one Saturday a month, the rest is up to me to complete the set study day work, i get help from all the nice ladies on here and work colleges and even my dear mother sometimes, the internet is also a good resource think i would be lost without it.....been on the diploma for 2 months and learn so many new things already, i really enjoy doing the work and finding out new things that in time will make me more confident in my job role :)
