Help SOS Cypop2 1.4

This question asks you to explain organisational or regulatory procedures that protect babies, young children and practitioners when providing personal care and why these are necessary?

I have come to a blank, I'm sure its not as hard to answer as I'm thinking and it's probably quite simple but at the moment I can't think. Been at it for ages so any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks

I havent done this question yet but at a quick glance i think its like having safeguarding policies, child protection training, CRB's, Being in hearing distance when providing personal care etc.
