Hi

Could you maybe look at occasions where creative role play has resulted in confrontation, negotiation, leadership, ownership, cooperative, getting along behaviours - sharing, turntaking, empathy, listening to friends, physical and verbal conflict.

Creative activities can support children's independance, confidence & self esteem where they experience extreme attachment to objects/comforters or their significant person.

Creative singing, rhyming, rhythm can help with times of inactivity, waiting for something to happen - lining up, registration, consideration for the other children.

Selecting resources is creativity in action and can support decision making, choices, comparrison, analysis, evaluation, helping children understand there are options available to them - critical thinking, pse moral development

Hth xx
