have on idea what to do for:
demonstrate how reflective practise has led to improved ways of working.

I've had an attempt at this but my assessor say that I need to include examples.
but I have no idea what examples I need to use.

please could just anybody help me with some suggestions.

you did something, it was ok but you could do it better when you have thought about it. what and how?? keep it simple
