Thanks. The question is: Explain how theories of development and frameworks to support development influence current practice. :)

Can anyone help????????? I am just wondering how to answer questions like: 'Demonstrate strategies for minimising disruption through inappropriate behaviour of children' or 'Provide support for colleagues to deal inappropriate behaviour of children'. Can anyone tell me what evidence to use? Will a report be enough? I only do volunteering once a week so I don't really provide support for colleagues etc. Would describing a hypothetical situation be ok? Please help, I'm stuck. :(

Default Heeeeeeelp!

Hi guys,

I don't know if anyone still uses this thread but I was wondering if anyone is doing/has done the NCFE Level 3 Diploma? I'm on my last 2 units now (unit 13: support disabled C+YP and those with SEN, and unit 14: support C+YP with behaviour, emotional and social development needs).

How did you all get on?

Sooze89 x
