Highfive CCLD Level 3 Assignment 006

Task A
Im on my assignment 006 and stuck on the induction on a new member of staff.
Any ideas where I start?
Do I say show them around, they need to sign in and out, know about the fire procedures, School's disipline and give them a planner for daily information etc.?
The assignment is all about risk assessments on missing children, security incidents and fire. Outings, indoor activiites and outdoor activities.
I work in secondary school so all information needs to be for older children. It's also asking about carrying and lifting children....Do I need to say about manual handling as the kids are too big to lift and carry, confused with some of it. My tutor comes to the school every month.
Any websites that may help with this would be appreciated.
Many thanks

if you look on the cwdc website there is the induction booklet which every setting should be using.
