Unit 303

Please can anyone help with the following as I'm struggling to explain it in words:

Element 303.4

PC1 - Implement plans flexibly and evaluate their effectiveness in promoting development
(I understand that you have to be flexible in planning to allow for individual children's interests and that children's reactions to a planned activity may not always be what we expect but I feel I am missing the point somewhere on this one - can anyone shed any more light for me)


PC2 - evaluate the implementation of plans

i am doing this now my assesor has just wrote next to the question evaluation and next steps so you have to evaluate your obs and asses them and then do your next steps do you understand ,i know its flipping hard

Thank you powell, I have just finished that section now and found most of the evidence in my assignments for units 305 and 309. I am now starting unit 304 - Reflect on and develop practice.

It's hard going but I have 4 units to finish by the end of September because I keep putting it off!! There's always something better to do, isn't there?
