Default Health and safety questions - how legislation underpins practice?

Hi guys, I am really struggling on my health and safety unit the questions I am stuck on are ...
  1. 1- Explain how health and safety legislation and regulations are implemented in own work setting.
  2. 2 - Identify sources of current guidance for planning healthy and safe environments.
  3. 3 - describe how legislation, regulations and guidance that apply to infection prevention and control in early year setting.

Anny help would be a huge help as always!
Thanks in advance guys!

Hi, use what they say and link it to legislation

The health and safety at work Act 1974 on ROSPA

Do the policies & procedures mention
Risk assessment
Fire regulations
COPPA - controlling where cleaning chemical etc. are kept
RIDDOR - reporting injuries
First aid
Manual lifting

Hth
