NCFE Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning Please help....

Hello all,
Im new here, but at my wits end with my NCFE Supporting Teaching and Learning Course. Ive finished the course, but have to resubmit a few answers and also my session sheets etc.
Can anyone help me on Unit 10, Question 2a?
Obtain the information required to support assessment for learning

Any advice would be very gratefully recieved. Thank you all.
