Default Well done

Thats fab, well done and give yourself a big pat on the back.

So now you have done, can you help me on this as dont know where to start: I dont know how to word it.....

312 Task B Induction Manual - Produce a section of an induction manual for staff members on how to develop policies and procedures that reflects childrens rights.

I must explain how to develop the policies and procedures for a play environment to cover
play and social activities
health and safety
anti-discriminatory practice
child protection and bullying
responding to behaviour
how to ensure that policies and procedures are put into practice
the importance of reviewing policies and procedures

Is there anyone out there who has answered this question and had it signed off that could post for me to have a look at to amend to my own setting PLEASE!! Any help would be appreciated
