unit 5 promote equality,diversion,inclusion

Please can anyone help.
am stuck on unit 5 outcome 2.3
Evaluate how own attitudes, values and behaviour could impact on work with children and young people.

My tutor says i need to add something about this but not sure how to start off. can anyone help please x

explain how you should not let the opinions and beliefs affect your practice
e.g. Jehovah, parenting styles

also 2.4 Policies and procedures, inclusion, challenge discrimination, activities around diversity, etc

would really appreciate some guidance please xx

Hi Suzie,
you need to write about the importance of respecting and valuing others belielfs and how it should not affect the way you treat them etc.
2.4 you need to write how your setting deals with inclusion etc for example i wrote how a child i worked with who uses a wheelchair and unable to speak how she found it difficult to join in with certain activties around the class, i spoke with her teacher and we adapted the surroundings to suit her needs ie sand tray on the floor. Sports day we adapted the activites so she was able to take part along with other children and working in teams.
hope this gives you some ideas x
