Default Cache Level 3 Supporting, Teaching & Learning Qualification (QCF)

Hi all,
I'm doing my level 3 certificate & hit a brick wall head on lol.
The assessment I'm stuck on is the Portfolio of legislation where I've got to cover all (legislation & Regulations, Reference to unit & assessment criteria & How the law affects working practices).
Can anyone help please??????

Hi, a warm welcome to the site. Yes to lay it out like this could cause head lock xx

What teaching do you hope to receive for it?
What pro-forma sheets will you be using as some may already include the unit and criteria references.
What handbook has been recommended to support your study?

Hi thanx u for replying, my target is a level 3 teaching assistant.
we were all given assessment sheets telling us to do a chart covering as above.
The hand book recommended is the supporting, teaching & learning in schools level 3 diploma primary.

Hi, take it slowly if you're not receiving direct tutorage for this unit you'll need to research and get to know the legislation and regulations independently. Then you'll be able to recognise how each affects the way a school works and the practices that happen within it.

Make up the chart listing the legislation as found in the handbook's TDA 3.2 unit - on amazon.co.uk and if you have copies of the schools policies and procedures use them in conjunction with your reading so you can see your setting's expectations as required by law.

Hth xx
