unit 5 help please

ive nearly finished unit 5 i just have a few final questions that i would love some advice and tips for please, it might not be unit 5 for you but any guidance would be appreciated,
task 9: select and demonstrate learning support activities to meet the needs of learners

task 16: assess how well learners are participating in activities and the progress they are making

task 19: use the outcome of observations and assessments to
a)provide feedback to learners on progress made
b) provide teacher with constructive feedback on the learning activities
c)provide teacher with feedback on learners participation and progress
d)reflect and improve own practise in support learning activites
